Privacy policy

The present Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies in respect of all information that the website located on the domain name itprofit.dev can receive about a User while using the website.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 The following terms are used in the present Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. Administration of the website itprofit.dev («hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration») – employees authorized to manage the website, acting on behalf of itprofit.dev, who organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. «Personal data» – any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or defined individual (subject of personal data).

1.1.3. «Processing of personal data» – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with the personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the personal data.

. «Confidentiality of personal data» is a mandatory requirement for an Operator or other person who has gained access to the personal data, to prevent their distribution without consent of a subject of the personal data or in presence of other legal ground.

1.1.5. «Website user» (hereinafter referred to as the User)» – a person who has access to the website through the Internet and uses the website.

1.1.6. «Cookies» are a small fragment of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends to a web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding website.

1.1.7. «IP-address» is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. Use of the website by the User means acceptance of the present Privacy Policy and conditions of processing of the User’s personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with conditions of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website.

2.3. The present Privacy Policy applies only to the website. The website does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User can go using links available on the website.

2.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Website User.

3. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. The present Privacy Policy establishes obligations of the Website Administration not to disclose and ensure protection of confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at request of the Website Administration when registering on the website.

3.2. The Personal data permitted for processing under the present Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out contact form on the website itprofit.dev and includes the following information:

3.2.1. surname, name of the User;

3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;

3.2.3. e-mail address;

3.3. Itprofit.dev protects Data that is automatically transmitted during viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which the statistical system script (“pixel”) is installed:

• information about browser (or other program that provides access to display advertising);
• access time;
• address of a page on which an advertising block is located;

3.3.2. Itprofit.dev collects statistics on IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is subject to safe storage and non-proliferation, except as provided in clause 5.2. and 5.3. of the present Privacy Policy.

4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL USER INFORMATION

4.1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Website Administration of the website itprofit.dev for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of the User who filled out contact form on the website itprofit.dev.

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the website itprofit.dev.

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding use of the website itprofit.dev, providing services, processing requests and applications from the User.

4.1.4. Determining location of the User to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.5. Confirmation of accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to use of the website itprofit.dev.

4.1.7. Providing the User with his/her consent, product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of itprofit.dev or on behalf of partners of itprofit.dev.

4.1.8. Carrying out advertising activities with consent of the User.

4.1.9. Providing the User with access to websites or services of partners of itprofit.dev in order to receive products, updates and services.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer the personal data to third parties, in particular to courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for fulfilling the User’s order placed on the website itprofit.dev.

5.3. The User’s personal data can be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Republic of Belarus only on the grounds and in the manner established by legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

5.4. In case of a loss or disclosure of the personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about a loss or disclosure of the personal data.

5.5. The Website Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.6. The Website Administration together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

6.1. The User is obliged:

6.1.1. to provide information about the personal data which is necessary to use the website itprofit.dev.

6.1.2. to update, add a provided information about the personal data in case of changes of this information.

6.2. The Website Administration is obliged:

6.2.1. to use received information only for the purposes specified in clause 4 of the present Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. to ensure storage of confidential information in secret, do not disclose without prior written permission of the User, and also do not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with exception of clause 5.2. and 5.3. of the present Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. to take precautions to protect confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.

6.2.4. to block the personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or authorized body for protecting the rights of subjects of the personal data for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTIES

7.1. The Website Administration that has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with unlawful use of the personal data, in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Belarus, with exception of cases provided in clause 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of the present Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. became public before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.

7.2.3. was disclosed with consent of the User.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from relationship between the User of the website itprofit.dev and the Website Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of a dispute).

8.2. The claim recipient must notify the claim applicant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

8.4. The current legislation of the Republic of Belarus applies to the present Privacy Policy and relationship between the User and the Website Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to the present Privacy Policy without consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it posted on the website itprofit.dev, unless otherwise provided by new edition of the Privacy Policy.
